dc.description.abstract Digital prepaid energy meter can be used to monitor the consumption of electricity in domestic needs and supports remote billing, recharging of account and web based account management functions. If the available credit is exhausted then the supply of electricity is automatically cut off by a relay. Therefore this leads to minimum human intervention and improved accuracy in the meter reading process. This product is low cost, reliable, easy to install and compact in design which makes this a marketable product.
