dc.description.abstract This paper presents and discusses results of a study on workforce forecasting for the industrial sector from 2007 to 2016. The workforce demand is estimated based on past investment and employment generation data. Two mathematical models were developed in order to forecast the future demand of the workforce at the national level and export processing zone level. An indicator called employment creation per investment was developed for the study. The data was collected from Ministry of Investment Promotion since 1985 on investments and employment creation. en_US
