dc.description.abstract Real Time Recruitment System is web based recruitment system which is analyzing user profile and processing system. There are many job seeking websites in the Internet. But many jobs seeking websites do not support real time and analyze candidates. Because of that project is aimed to develop Real Time Recruitment System to reduce the problem. The Real Time Recruitment System provides real time access for candidates in Sri Lanka on simple and effective way not only that user can upload their current resume to system without filling forms. This project helps to minimize the expenditure of the employer to selecting suitable employees without checking each and every applicators profile. This system allow for single sign on login, real time data processing, SMS gateway integration and SMTP Configuration. As well as the system enable mobility, user friendly, easy access to get job details via SMS and higher data security for candidates and employers. This System enable to search job, upload resume, create covering letter, apply for job, save job for further requirement, SMS job alert and apply to job via SMS real timely activity for candidates. Employers can handle their company profile, create an advertisement using template easily, post their vacancies and generate applied candidate’s detailed report for their jobs. The administrator can do active, deactivate, pending, add, delete and modify users, jobs and employers. Also, administrator can handle the entire system configurations and generate various types of reports. An administrator has all other user privileges. The system provides to access facility for guest user to search job. In this system develop used by PHP, CSS, JavaScript and MySQL. Ozeki Massage server, WAMP server and some open source tool are used to develop system. As the future work, human resource management module to be able to include in the system to manage the interview process easily. After the testing and user evaluation decide that, the online job board system is worked simple and effective way for all users. Finally it is concluded that system enhance job seeking facility to real time access via SMS. en_US
