dc.description.abstract Primary Education is the first step of the compulsory education, it is very vital to acknowledge the importance of primary education. Any primary education system, globally, faces some key problems that cannot be addressed via direct human agency or the application of any ordinary information system. Especially, fair distribution of resources, resources utilization, and microscopic concern on small things related to tht psychology of a child are highly concerned in research on modern approaches for ensuring effective Primary education System. Child@EDU is an alias given to a research and development project which has being initiated to find solutions for these matters in primary education fundamentally targeting the children that involve in Primary Education. It proposes a knowledge system that addresses the vital and sensitive attributes of a common primary education system (known as the fundamental characteristics of a child with effective learning abilities). Child@EDU is a web based system that uses the power of multi agent technology and other components of artificial intelligence such as ontology technology and expert decision support based on international WISC®-IV Assessment Standards. . en_US
